Nominating Committee
The Twin Ridge Elementary PTA Nominating Committee is currently looking for Twin Ridge community members that would like to serve on the 2012-13 PTA Executive Board. For more information regarding positions available and job descriptions, please view the Nominating Committee page.

Red, White and Blue Day
The Patriots' Club of TRES is proudly organizing Red, White, and Blue Day again this year on the Friday before Memorial Day: May 25, 2012. We are asking that all students and staff wear red, white and blue on this day. We will be having a flag raising ceremony for the entire school by the flagpole in front of the school at 9:15am.

The Patriots' Club is also organizing three projects for TRES Families to participate in to support red, white and blue day:

1. "Pennies for Patriots" Please bring in your spare pennies on Friday May 25th. Last year this was very successful with over $200.00 brought in. Let's top that this year. Funds this year will go to "Heroes to Hometowns" a program for severely injured service members.

2. "Poptabs for Patriots" Bring in those poptabs you have been collecting to school now through June 1. There will be a collection container in the front office. The tabs will be given to the American Legion who have an ongoing poptab collection.

3. We are collecting old, worn US flags to retire respectfully. Flags can be brought in now through June 1 and placed in the box by the front staircase at TRES.
