Directory Committee 2011 - 2012

We will be selling a TRES family directory again this year. The purpose for the directory is for parents to have phone numbers and addresses for birthday parties and play dates. The school cannot provide that information to parents. If you would like to be in this year’s directory, please complete this form and return it to school by 10/17/2011. The cost of the directory is $3 ($2.83+6% tax). You will receive your purchased directory in your child's Thursday folder by mid-November.
