The Twin Ridge Elementary Variety show will take place the evening of Friday, March 9, 2012 at in the TRES cafeteria. All current TRES students are welcome and encouraged to participate.
What Can You Do? Start planning your act and register for the Variety Show, coming up March 9th. Any student may participate, and all types of acts (singing, dancing, music, skits, etc) are welcome. Acts will be limited to three (3) minutes or less so please pay close attention to timing!
NEW THIS YEAR - Fifth graders have a special opportunity to participate within the Variety Show. We are offering any fifth grader who is interested (registration is required) the opportunity to pair up with a TRES Staff member to emcee a portion of the show. This will entail participating in rehearsal and introducing acts during the show. Any interested fifth grader should complete this registration form and prepare a brief audition which will be reviewed during Act Preview. Emceeing opportunities are only open to fifth grade student.
How to Register: Return the registration form by Feb. 2nd. Forms can also be found on the PTA website.
When to Practice: Most practices will be on your own time! There will be a preview and a dress rehearsal scheduled before the show (dates and time TBD)!
Volunteer: Volunteers are in need to help make the show run smoothly. If you would like to be a part of planning and/or preparing for the show, we would love to have you join the committee. If you have any questions, please e-mail Variety Show.
