Welcome all new and returning Volunteers!
We want to give a big thank you to all the
volunteers that signed on early to help out
in the Kindergarten classrooms. Your time
is greatly appreciated in helping our
youngest students make a smooth transition
into Kindergarten. The Volunteer
Information Sheets went home in the first
Thursday Folder. If you did not receive one
and would like to volunteer please contact
us. Please return this form to school asap.
Completed schedules will be sent home in
the Thursday Folders on September 20th.
Volunteer Room volunteering will
officially begin on Monday, September
24th. In classroom volunteering will
begin on October 1st.
According to Frederick County policy, all
new volunteers MUST attend one of the
Orientation sessions. We encourage all
returning volunteers to attend as well so
they are reminded of the volunteer procedures,
and made aware of new changes
and safety procedures . These sessions
were held on September 10th. A repeat
session will be offered on Friday, September
28th at 9:00AM.
Please note: The Volunteer Table is
located in the main office. The new Volunteer
Workrooms are located in Rm. #107,
next to the Media Center and #214.
We would like to thank FastMail for donating
